The Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) announced on Sunday unfreezing the shareholdings owned by Saudi Egyptian Investment and Finance and Adham Est Ltd in Arab Dairy Products Co.
The market regulator said the move came with the aim of allowing response to the best buy offer for Arab Dairy shares.
Meanwhile, the mandatory tender offer submitted by Pioneers Holding for Arab Dairy, which started on November 30, is scheduled to be close on Thursday, December 25, 2014.
